This is the most critical rule of our community. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, uploading, or linking to the raw digital files purchased from ArchTools Pro. * Do not upload our .brushset, .zip, .png, or .pdf files to the forum.

• Do not ask other users to share their purchased files with you.
• Any attempt to distribute NOVUSTRA LLC's proprietary digital assets for free or for resale on this board will result in an immediate account ban, revocation of all your purchased licenses without refund, and potential legal action.

Rule 3: No Spam or Unauthorized Self-Promotion

While we encourage you to share your portfolio, this board is not a billboard for external advertising. Do not post spam, malicious links, or repetitive promotional content for unaffiliated third-party products, competing brush sets, or unrelated services.

Rule 4: Keep Content Relevant

Please ensure your topics and posts remain relevant to digital architectural drafting, interior design, the Procreate application, and the use of ArchTools Pro products. Off-topic discussions that clutter the board may be locked or removed by moderators.

3. Sharing Your Work and Intellectual Property

We love seeing the incredible "End Products" (finalized designs, blueprints, and renderings) you create using our Layout Essentials and Floor Plans!

When you post your original artwork or designs to this Discussion board:

• You retain full copyright of your original, flattened End Products.
• By posting your images publicly on this forum, you grant NOVUSTRA LLC a non-exclusive right to feature your posted artwork on our social media channels or website galleries to highlight community talent (you will always be credited as the artist).
• Please watermark your work if you are concerned about third parties saving your images from the public internet.

4. Moderation Policy and Enforcement

The ArchTools Pro Discussions are actively monitored by the administrative staff of NOVUSTRA LLC to ensure compliance with our guidelines and Terms of Service.

• Moderator Discretion: Our moderators reserve the absolute right to edit, move, lock, or permanently delete any post, thread, or image that violates our Code of Conduct or is deemed inappropriate for a professional setting.

5. Important: This is NOT the Technical Support Channel

If you are experiencing a technical bug, have a question about a duplicate charge, or need assistance downloading a purchased product, posting on the forum will delay your resolution. Our technical support team does not process tickets via forum comments to protect your private billing data.
