System Requirements & Compatibility

Our digital tools (including Brush Libraries, Textures, Interior Assets, Floor Plans, and Layout Essentials) are engineered specifically for a precise hardware and software ecosystem. Before purchasing or troubleshooting, please verify your setup.

File Downloading & Extraction

Because our comprehensive architectural kits contain high-resolution assets, they are delivered as compressed .zip files. Follow these steps to access your files safely.

1. Downloading Your Purchase

  1. Complete your checkout securely on the ArchTools Pro website.
  2. Click the download links on the immediate order confirmation screen, OR open the automated receipt sent to your email.
  3. Save the downloaded files to your iPad's local storage or iCloud Drive.

2. Unzipping the Files

  1. Open the native Apple Files application on your iPad (the blue folder icon).
  2. Navigate to your "Downloads" folder to locate the .zip file.
  3. Tap the .zip file exactly one time.
  4. Wait for the iPad to automatically extract the contents into a new, accessible folder.

Installation Guides

How to Install Procreate Brushes (.brushset)

  1. Open the Apple Files app and locate your newly extracted folder.
  2. Find the file ending in the .brushset extension.
  3. Tap the file once.
  4. The Procreate app will automatically launch, and your new Brush Library will appear at the very top of your brush menu.

How to Use Textures and Interior Assets (.jpg / .png)

  1. Open your active canvas inside the Procreate app.
  2. Tap the Wrench Icon (Actions menu) in the top left corner.
  3. Tap Add, then select Insert a file or Insert a photo.
  4. Select your desired texture or furniture asset to place it directly onto your canvas.

Licensing & Commercial Usage

When you purchase a product from ArchTools Pro, you are granted a standard commercial license by NOVUSTRA LLC.

  • Permitted: You may use our Floor Plans, Interior Assets, and Textures to create finalized, flattened designs (End Products) for your paying clients.
  • Permitted: You may use the tools to create concept art, marketing materials, and portfolio pieces.
  • Strictly Prohibited: You may not resell, redistribute, share, or lease the raw digital files (.brushset, .zip, etc.) to any third party.
  • Strictly Prohibited: You may not repackage our assets to create competing digital design products.

Order & Billing Troubleshooting

I didn't receive my download link email.

  1. Wait 15 minutes after your purchase to allow our servers to process the transaction.
  2. Check your "Spam," "Junk," and "Promotions" email folders.
  3. If you created an account during checkout, log in to the ArchTools Pro website and navigate to your "Downloads" dashboard to access your files immediately.

I was charged twice for the same item.

If a technical glitch caused a duplicate charge on your bank statement, please contact our support team immediately with your order number. We will verify the duplication and issue a prompt refund for the secondary charge to your original payment method.
